Online Licensing Portal
A component of the RightsLine stack includes the RightsLine Online Licensing Portal. This portal provides a way for potential licensors to search your catalog and submit requests to use your IP. The portal pulls all information from the Asset and Rights Management system and allows your organization to select the content available to license. It includes a broad array of configuration options to make the portal as broad or targeted as necessary for your enterprise.
By streamlining the licensing process, our customers have been able to licensing a far greater number of lower dollar transactions, in some cases increasing licensing revenue by 300%*. In addition to the process improvements offered by the portal, all information about the transactions is captured and stored for historical purposes. Invoices can be generated directly from the Online Licensing Portal or integrated through your financial accounting platform.

The RightsLine solution is a hosted, software as a service product, that has been constructed to ensure the highest availability, security, and extendibility.
Provided with any implementation is an extensive list of web-based API’s and web services that can be leveraged to integrate other enterprise applications.
Examples of common integrations to the RightsLine system include:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Systems
- While RightsLine provides the ability to capture all asset metadata and digital copies of the assets, there are oftentimes a need to have a more robust DAM system for real-time transcoding or other digital supply chain type applications. We can integration with all best of breed DAM systems through our API’s.
- ERP or Financial Applications
- Check requests, invoices, sales orders may all be triggered from an event that occurs around rights. We have the ability to integrate seamlessly with your ERP or financial platform
